Please note the following reservation policy:

1. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to notify us in advance, of any cancelations and late arrivals. Your table will only be held for up to 15 minutes after the agreed reservation time.
2. Please make sure you inform us in advance of any changes to the number of people attending the reservation. In the event that the number of people attending is less than originally agreed via the reservation, we reserve the right to utilize all empty seats at all times and seat other guests on all tables not utilized to capacity.
3. In case we are not able to fully utilize the reserved seats, we retain the right to include an additional charge of € 50 per person to your final bill for each seat that was reserved but not utilized.
4. For group reservations of more than 10 people, bookings should be made exclusively via Email office@rud-alpe.at. Should you attempt to exceed the above maximum number of people per online booking by making two separate reservations, we reserve the right to cancel both such reservations without prior notice.
5. Should you disagree with our reservation policy, we kindly ask you to send us an email to office@rud-alpe.at as soon as possible.

We take data protection very seriously and make ever effort to ensure that your personal information is handled responsibly and in accordance with EU rules and regulations. The following paragraph outlines how your personal data is processed after using our reservation system. Collection of personal data: Your Personal data will only be stored for the sole purposes of making a booking. Your personal data will not be sold or passed on to any third parties. The personal data collected when an individual makes a table reservation will only be used to create and manage your booking. We would only ever share your provided personal data with authorities/ governmental institutions in the event of a court order. Responsible party, right of revocation and right to information: All Personal Information required when making a booking will be processed by Lech Bergbahnen AG, Lech am Arlberg, in accordance with the Data Protections Act. Your personal information will remain on our system after your booking purely for internal use. You reserve the right to request information on how your personal data is being used at any time, free of charge. You reserve the right to update or delete any personal information we may have stored after your booking is complete. Please send us an email to gastronomie@lech-bergbahnen.at should you wish to request, update or delete any of your personal information we may have saved. Security of personal data: We do our best to protect your data against any accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access. Our security measures are constantly being improved and updated. Unfortunately, the disclosure of information over the Internet can never be 100% secure and can therefore not be held liable for any accidental loss of data. Any data shared is done so at your own risk.
